Under Fire is the brainchild of guitarist Cary Sharaf. First coming into prominence on the American scene as Billy Squier's axeman, Sharaf played on the smash Don't Say No LP and toured the world with Squier. Sharaf began looking for an outlet for his own songs and put together Under Fire, which also featured Jimmy Waldo. Waldo had success as keyboardist for both New England and Alcatrazz. Under Fire's debut CD is full of tremendous songs and melodies. An AOR dream.
